Check-out and Inventory
Check-out is done by ourselves in person. We collect the keys and verify if the accommodation is as well preserved as it was before our guests’ stay.

Cleaning and Preparation
We have specialised cleaning partners that ensure that the accommodation is clean, tidy and ready for the next guests. We provide linen and towels which are washed at high temperatures.

24/7 Maintenance
We are available at any time. Guests can either call us during daylight or in the late evening, that we’ll be prompt to deal with any eventual problem or to provide technical support if necessary.

Financial

No Entrance Fees
There are no hidden costs. An account balance report is sent at the end of each month. We only earn money when everyone earns it too.

Monitoring
Permanent access to short-term rentals platforms and guests’ invoicing. Monthly reports which ensure revenues and profits transparency.

Legal Obligations
We are responsible for all legal obligations regarding tourist accommodation, such as guests’ register in Portuguese Immigration and Borders Service (SEF) and payment of city tourist taxes.
